yes man. i already imagine how this works in game: when you press G (grenade) there is a 10% chance that you will start smoking a cigarette instead of thowing a grenade

adding on to this seeing other idle animations such as enemies putting their gun on their shoulder, pacing around, etc would be pretty interesting
