good map with simple and nice desing
why you have put 9 players?(1 of them is in random place)
also the map is not big for 12 players better make it of 6(3vs3)
the hp is very low make the hp 150(and give some extra power to snipers to be one shoy)
and give in the player teams diferent skins (coop)
