90% Of the time I play the servers are completely vacant, where is everyone?

Am I just in the wrong timezone? ;-;
Idk why people don't wanna check it out, especially with all the new updates and such.
Maybe everyone went to 8443, or maybe the servers are only alive when someone with large enough PB2 social credit gets all their friends together.
