previews for my maps(problem)

hey,today i will discuss about the maps , taking previews,by the way i took two previews for my map and i have only 2 not so many,then i try later to take another one,suddenly,it doesn't want to take preview,i pressed F1 AND F2..didn't work again,i also tried to take preview using trigger of the level editor, also didn't work because i didn't know how
so what to do ,i wont publish my maps in this problem..

Did you put unapproved images? Try later when they all get approved

Thats a known bug,close all except level editor,that can not work if map has ERROR values.

i tried an unapproved image,didnt know why the website is so bish
