Perhaps PB2 should consider.

Well the map making process on the web is really bad for bad internet users such as myself since I'm in japan but all things aside I do believe the map making process would go a lot faster if there was some type of offline map editor for pb2 and once you are finished you have the option to export it to xml or pb2map etc, my PC is more than capable than handling stuff in the editor but my browser prevents me from being faster than what I am really am at making maps because once I have a full map made etc It start to shudder etc and chrome is just eating your ram at the some time so I believe its time for an offline version of the editor or even just a downloadable version that runs on your pc instead of chrome or any others browsers bs.

It definitely would make sense to make at some point, though I personally wouldn't working on that for a while still since there is more stuff I should work with first.

I think for less memory usage you could try Mozilla Firefox web browser. As for Internet - maybe perhaps VPN could be a source of slower Internet? Not sure if you have one right now.

My internet is very bad. And my computer is worse lol. And the problem appears when trying to save or edit a big map... Sometimes the level editor just freezes and other times it takes like 3 minutes in saving a map... I understand your problem :(
