PB2.5/3 Chat's features

Since pb2's chat kinda sucks, i would like to see better chat in pb2.5/3, heres an examples, and ideas, which probably didn't even been added/suggested:

1. The history of chat, there will probably, create a temp file, in ur game files, to save chat, until you exit the game, it wont, just like counter strike source, cs go ( same game btw ), gmod, minecraft, superfighters deluxe, i remember, these games, had history of chat, also didn't play other games

2. Better censorship ( kinda, already been suggested )

3. scrolling feature ( probably, already been added ) also to see history of chat, obviously

4. Copy&Paste feature ( in plans/progression, eric said )

5. Movable chat ( place it everywhere, wherever you want, to make your game, handy )

6. Chat's size, etc.

What do you think?
should this have more features to it, or it is enough?

I agree with all of these suggestions. I would also like to see an option to change chat text colour and also a tab to switch from '/all' and '/team' chat instead of typing it in the commands everytime.

I think i'd lack to add a more expanded chat on the menu screen since chat on the gameplay can dominate the screen.
Menu is really underused. I personally think it could use some more stuff.
