I don't know if it's totally needed, people aren't being overly critical at this stage. If it's really wanted I will rewrite it - Poll added to original post.

As for PMG, it's totally fine if it's done right - and at least somewhat PB2 related, a nicely done AK47 mod is cool, but really not PB2 related. More ATC stuff. Just 5 preset pieces thrown on is the PMG equal of the following MS Paint 'fan art'

Criticism can easily come across as annoying or discouraging, hence why some basic guidelines would be great to ultimately boost creativity and creators' experiences with the community.

It'd be explaining how one-liner complaints such as "the helmet is ugly" offer very little to the artist, whereas "I find the concept interesting, but have you considered making the helmet a different color?" motivates the artist and gives proper insight & fixes for the perceived problems.
