M21 Sniper Rifle - Hailstorm

So, it's been a while since I've made PB2 related art, so I decided to make something.
Took about one and a half hour.

M21 Sniper Rifle - Hailstorm
Projectile Power - 4 (Piercing is the same as the Sniper Rifle CS-YippeKiYay)
DPS (Damage Per Shot) - Scales from 349 to 493 damage (Upgrade Level 0). Scales from 493 to 547 damage (Upgrade Level 1). Scales from 574 to 629 damage. (Upgrade Level 2) Scales from 629 to 698 damage. (Upgrade Level 3)
Fire Rate - Somewhat slower than the Heavy Railgun CS-OneSOneK.
Accuracy - Same as the Sniper Rifle CS-YippeKiYay.
Projectiles - Same as the Lite Railgun v01 CS-HShot's projectiles, but the color is more turquoise-like.
Special Function - +5% damage is done to Corvettes and Hound Walkers.
Description - The M21 Sniper Rifle - Hailstorm is a marksman rifle, made by unknown producers. Rumors tell of this rifle being able to freeze enemies in it's first form, but it was slowly changed because the cold from the shots caused allied soldier casualties. Weapon testing confirmed that this weapon is able to destroy a CS-Hound Walker or a Corvette with ease.

And, if someone dares to say "very nice dear ghostsniper, 10/10" or "this sucks 1/10", I'll lock you in a chamber and force you to listen to the Nyan Cat theme song for 10 legit hours.

Osama would rate 9/11, but I rate it 8.5/10. I like the design, but somehow there is too much detail in it.
