Why does it have two rain backgrounds attached to two doors? Isn't one big background and one door enough to make the proper animation?

My guess is that after the 1st decor goes fully down, a visible void will appear above it. So we need 2 decors so when one of them reaches the end before it repeats the action, the other one is covering the rest of the screen.
How many bugs does this game have anyway? jeez
