:bug reporting: AI revive doesn't work

been testing a map and saw that AI on the same team as me do not revive the player even with disabled mission ending and enabled usage of defibrillators by AI trigger action. I've tried a lot of things and none of them worked. could someone help me sort this out?

i don't want to release the map yet, but I will share it as a last resort if the problem isn't solved
