Whitescreen after press "Play".

Postby SchwammdaFunk » 10 August 2022, 11:13

When I press "Play", I get a whitescreen.

I install "Run desktop apps x86" and when I install "Run desktop apps x64", I get an error.
I updated it in the application too but I don't know, why it doesn't work?

PC Specs: Windows 10 Home; AMD Ryzen 7 3700U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx 2.3 Ghz (GPU: Radeon RX Vega 10)

1) I installed "Plazma Burst 2 Launcher" (Windows 10) and also "Run desktop apps x86".
2) I clicked on "PB2Launcher.exe".
3) I logged in
4) I press "Play Plazma Burst 2" and then the game itself is in white screen.

It is only white in the game or game screen. I can't do anything, only close or resize the game screen.
Can the problem be my computer?

Try to move game from Desktop or any else system folder like Downloads to somewhere else?
Like D:\Games\Plazma Burst 2
Or C:\Games\Plazma Burst 2
Maybe that is an issue.

Both SSD and HDD can run games and programs + view photos and videos, the main difference between SSD and HDD is the speed.

SSD is recommended for programs and games because it is faster but has lower space compared to HDD, and is also expensive compared to HDD.

HDD is recommended for storing data like photos or videos because it has a bigger size compared to SSD but it is slow compared to SDD, but it's cheap.

I've always used HDD in my life, for both programs and games, so the states of drives cannot be the problem here.

I am not sure what the problem can be here, game turning into white screen is quite weird and unexpected.

As Eric said here, this may be the issue, and I have encountered some issues with some games by not installing in C Drive, so this might be it.

Just saying if you haven't, delete the game and install the game again.

I tried moving it to another folder like:
"C:\Games\Plazma Burst 2" and "C:\Users\Documents\Plazma Burst 2" and other folders.

Thanks for the help anyway. I think the problem may be with my computer.

P.S.: I have an SSD.

Did you try running the vbs version of the game?
You can also try running PB2 on Maxthon, which is a browser that still supports flash.
