Level custom song error, "Unsupported genre"

On the first time I have been updating my old maps 2 days ago, adding custom songs into them and they we're working just fine. But now after wanting to replay my maps, the music does not play anymore out of sudden, they all get this error:

I am getting the same issue as well. I don't know what the heck is going on or how this will be fixed. I don't know what the heck broforce is talking about saying that custom decors are causing this issue or any issues that he mentioned. In my experience all the songs in my map worked on the 5th, until the yesterday the 6th and it still won't load. All songs I have fit the requirements and maps I had with them hardly had any decorations perfectly working triggers. This all happened on the 6th. Once again everything was working fine till then.

Hey everyone,

The level custom song error has existed for quite sometime back then, and is already recorded in the confirmed bug megathread. I believe that the bug occurs because of changes from newgrounds - not a bug of the game itself. (Issue happened without any game or server update.)

Eric has acknowledged about the issues and are looking ways to resolve it.

So the issue is with Newgrounds and not the game its self? Also I didn't know that was an already known issue. I thought me, maxim and silk where the only ones experiencing this. I am still having the issue but this is another song that works out of nowhere https://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/994272
This and "Redeemer, Revenger" are the only ones I know that still work after this bug. Still can't load others.

Edit: Now Redeemer Revenger no longer works. Only Trident 80B. Big OOF

I don't think he started yet. He said soon, so I don't think he will do it immediately.

It kinda is a big deal for pb2 map developers, it feels off w/o custom music and have to rely on the main battle music.

Dafuq are you talking about my G? Custom music is very important for map makers especially ones that want to build custom stories and scene for their maps. It adds a layer of atmosphere to the map makers desires. Imagine making a scary map or creating an ambient setting and don't have the necessary resources to do it, it will not be that scary map you want, because all you get is the default battle music (not knocking on it) that would just kill the mood of the map the creator is trying to create. Imagine Silk's style of maps and how they are unique to its setting. The default song does not fit its current setting or it's themes. Idk why you would say it "isn't really that big of a deal", and just "leave it as *is" which says to me, leave it broken, Not cool.
