.:QUESTION/HELP:. PB2 STANDALONE ISSUE

when i downloaded the pb2 standalone and did all the necessary things to run the pb2 launcher, i ran it and i got hit by horrific frame rates, im guessing somewhere between 20-30 frames and i got no idea how to fix it, at the same time im using windows10 64 bit and i cant use the x64 .net. these 2 issues are horrible, anyone with experience and knowledge on these matters, please help

Mine doesn't seem to load PB2 launcher, Tried both x64 and x86 and same issue.
