Why do walls and decorations not let me place them down in certain spots?
They move several spaces over when i try to hover my mouse over them

Can you provide a screenshot? I don't think I ever had this bug before.

You probably choosed a bigger snapping. The default is 1. It's in the left menu in ALE.

Just use the grid snapping set. The best value you can put imo is 0.5
How many bugs does this game have anyway? jeez
