map publish (for eric)

i created map and saw problem, for example i has two parts , first part completed and published, its ok , but in the end map change id to second part, and here is problem. Second part isnt completed and published! but i can enter this by trigger . why?! before 1.32 i hasnt this problem! it just says map isnt exists. But this problem only with exists but not published map, max players 0, unpublished and etc. i can enter dis ! i fixed this by set players health - 0 , but i need a normal fix pls! help !!!

I think it's only because you have the permissions to enter it, other people probably can't enter it when it's still closed for them.
