Cannot rename custom image if...

I cannot rename image if his name contains " (-- symvol



And i cannot delete it!

Can eric gurt disallow use its symvols in decoration name

before that reload the page,then take the image to your PC disk and copy it nd re-upload it without (-- symvol, and try to delete the unwanted image, after that you can rename the copied image and request it improval,however(maybe if it got improved you also cannot rename it if this happen somehow). or maybe not?
