Problems with connection and high ping

Hello , today i joined few pb matches and got kicked out due to high ping (once around 1200 ms and twice(in same match) around 3000 ms) , did the servers actually merge? Yesterday i had average ping of 180-220 on Arizona and now my average is about 280-350 . I have sometimes ping spikes , usually my ping grows to 600 ms but last match it grew to 900 and more (the reason i lagged out ig) . Also i see only 2 servers in server list but two or three days ago i was playing on Ukraine server (80-100 ms ping if that helps , 200 ms spikes) .
What to do ? I lagged out of all matches (except two , one i left because no one was here and in other i had too high ping to play and just hit someone) and i basically cant even play pb , not to say about ranked matches that i sometimes play in which i was lagging out before this .
Edit : joined few more matches , in some i have low ping in some high

Yes, lobby now shows matches from servers all around the world. You can see ping and location of a match at the right while in the lobby.

Thanks , i see now . Post was made before the update so i had such problem .
