Is editing someone's pic aight?

Is it fine to edit someone's custom image and reupload it?
A specific example that i'd want to do would be to unexisted the mag away from a custom gun to make a mag-less version.

i think its fine, u dont need to take any permission from the author since that all of em are just free custom images usable by everyone, just make sure that if u reuploaded the same image then its gonna get rejected unless if u edit something in it, also make sure that the edit should be reasonable, still, i would suggest u to ask an admin first before posting...
