Wrong password and my level experience problems

Why is my new website password wrong when I try to connect to some servers, it's because there's a new generated standalone multiplayer password, so I don't have to type my website password, also why is my level experience stuck at Level 0 in the game and not increasing, Is this a bug/glitch?
