Synchronization failing

I haven't played on my account since before the game moved to a launcher, and now when I start it in a launcher (Windows 10), it says "Synchronization..." and stays that way, the top of the screen meanwhile says "IOErrorEvent (0,Sparkwave): [IOErrorEvent type="ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false eventPhase=2 text="Error #2032"]
The game still plays fine, but my old completed levels are gone, and my character look resets everytime. What can I do to fix it?

Try to reenter login and password in your launcher - it doesn't tell you if it is incorrect right away so far.
