Logged on after a couple weeks and got this, anyone know what this is all about/how to fix it?

Make sure that ur connected to wifi, if ur offline then that problem might show up.

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi, nothing changed.

Anyone? I haven't been able to gain xp for the past month.

I appreciate the tip, but my problem isn't with showing my xp, it's with actually gaining it. I've been stuck at the same level.
