indestructible buttocks and chest?

Ive been killing AI all the time, but I was wondering, why all AI even players have indestructible buttocks and chest?

Ive been using mod guns to try if they can be destroyed, but not.

Even CS-BNG cant do it.

Ive been wondering all the time. Eric, whats the point of that?

They must be stitched up with some kind of supernatural material.
I never realized they never destruct tho.
