I'd say PB2.5 is the closest game to keep in mind about, but if you want to talk about PB3 then sure.

Staff ANYWHERE, even beyond games, is needed.

A majority of the members including yourself needs babysitting so yes,I would say it does require staff members to keep everything in "order". It requires people with their feet down to Earth though,not incompetent fools who can't even manage to take care of themselves(Not talking about this site's staff members but who knows,maybe there are some incompetent fools between them too)

It would be possible to keep a functioning game without staff, but community features such as:
- Main Chatroom
- Forums
- In-game chat
- Custom profile fields
- Custom nicknames
- Game titles
would have to be removed, or heavily censored to the point of picking words from a drop-down list to prevent the community from falling apart.

i agree that pb3 needs staff, but i think they should give players more freedom. pb2 has too many stupid rules and narcissistic staffs

I do want pb3 to have staff but I don't want all the staff team here converted into pb3, I want other people to have a chance to get in the moderation and maybe in administrative power.

It's kinda like having cake without frosting. It might work but it won't taste that great. PB3 without staff couldn't have forums or chat but it could work if it was just the game.

Staff at 2013 was alright but they were a bit too harsh on newer players.
