Favourite PB2 maps:

Postby assasinguy » 13 January 2016, 18:12

Wow I make a lot of "favourites" topics, oh well, what are your favourite PB2 maps, choose one MP map and one SP map or map series, give some reasons.

MP: Eric Gurt-Railwars1, because back in 2011 2012 and 2013 when I played a lot of ranked/approved matches, this map was one of the most popular ones. Also all of the selfboost and ledgeboost moves in PB2 come from this map, so there's a million different routes you can take around the map despite how simple it is. It's a lot of fun basically.

SP: Apart from my own series I haven't played many SP maps, but there was a mapmaker who I was friends with in 2012-2013 called Paulverizor and he had a pretty cool series going, I'll choose them.

good topic assasinguy. unfortunately due i know many maps i will say some. let's begin shall we ?

from single player maps i always like oystercize-smb series because it is a great example for single player map makers after Doomwrath,timer15 and the real slayer (who those are always the best) plus it is fun to play his maps

the hardest choice was about multiplayer maps.there are many maps which i really like and it is a hard choice for me but i choose noune-capital. why ? this city has everything.from a radio station to a bank.plus i love using this city(for all who make maps with gunshops and cities i still love yours)
Spoiler: Show More
now the show is over ladies and gentlemen !!!! thanks for being here tonight and i really appriciette your presence so once again thank you very much and have an good night

Simple as this.
Multiplayer maps: As long as they are well designed, all are my favourite.
Single Player: ProxyAngel's Winter's Wrath series by no doubt, I cannot wait to see more.

Loving slowmo maps in general such as frostbites matrixsnipers and nyoves slowmo rocket map.
You can perfectly eliminate each other on thus maps.

Also used to like well designed maps of any kind as well.

My favourite MP map was human vs aliens, unfortunately the original map maker deleted the map. Bacn then it was fun because you had different classes such as medic, solider etc. There was a clear contrast with humans and aliens, their guns.

My fav SP series is easier bad person nekos or AGs. Not sure.

Some of my favorite maps are simply just single player maps with good story lines.
Though my favorite are my own maps, because I know of the effort I put into them.
who needs a PB2.5 release date, anyways?

All of Cahir's maps convey creativity, originality, fun, and more. I praise this guy, and even though people say I'm like a "PB2 celebrity" with my YouTube channel, I myself would go insane if I ever met or saw this guy.

Unfortunately, he somehow "disappeared." He just stopped coming on.

Such a shame.

He's an OG as well!
The way I know this is because of his player ID. BoZ and their secret government (lmfao jk, they don't have one... oops?) showed me this when I was affiliated with them. I believe it's quite well-known although I could be wrong on that.

Basically, this number http://prntscr.com/9pvh4k represents the time period in which Cahir made his account. Eric Gurt's ID is 4, so it's not EXACT, because he was most likely the first account, and 4 is close to 1, so it's in that area. Since Cahir is in the 3000s, we can infer that he was one of the first 2-5 thousand accounts ever made. People with new accounts are in the high MILLIONS, so if some person is saying that he played PB2 since 2010 like someone like me (mine is in the 8000s) or Cahir, check his or her account ID, then you'll know if they're a liar or not. Lol.

Anyways, I haven't described specific maps of his, but my first sentence in this entire topic explains it all.
I love Cahir's maps.

My favorite?: Cahir-Superguns.

With respect, insight, and choice,

...those are my thoughts.
