Being in a Clan is good or Alone is better

Clans have failed to significantly improve the entertainment value of the game so I don't bother. Also most clans seem to be run by or composed of children and characterized by immature melodrama so I avoid them for that reason as well.

i've always wanted to play this game with people i get to know here but i just want a group of people(i know my other friends wouldnt play this, they would much rather play heroes and generals) to play some co-op with and not a "clan". today(or yesterday rather, man i need to fix my schedule) after trying to find people to play with i just got offered to join a clan and as soon as i declined i get a "sheesh some people" response. oh really some people huh??? i rather be alone if thats the case, i wouldn't carry someone else's tag either

I preffer being in one MATURE clan. You know, you have good moments and laugh together and have fun and all that stuff. Plus you know you are a part of a ''family'', tehnically. Yeah, clans are a group of users or players of a certain game that want to have alliance between each other. Take BoZ as an example. They are wonderfully made and have really pro and mature players. The members of BoZ are really honest and loyal to their clanmates. GeNo can teach you a lot of stuff. It really gives you the feeling of being in one of the most mature clan ever(they are REALLY mature). So, you should be a member of one mature clan.

I preffer to be alone, betrayer to my clan, and free, no need to such as rules and other things, and no need to partners, play alone is better.

I prefer being in a clan.
Like what others said. Mature clans who treat there members as a Family.
I myself being in GeNo find it Fun here. Since we try to make stuff out of the little things
And with a clan there will be always someone to talk to, Be friends with ,play with etc.
Who knows you might learn something new in a Clan.
Such as things you probably never knew.
So yeah. Its fun being in a Great Clan

In my PB2 carreer which lasts now since ~2012 I've been in many clans. The main problem regarding them is that we become bored. Almost every clan which is based on the usual "ranking(leader co leader council, Elite 'warrior' etc). People be crying for being ranked up and step by step, it's gonna die because a leader retires, leaves the clan for BoZ or any clan else etc.

I for myself was a pretty clan "hopper". Once a clan became "boring" to me I left it. Then I created several clans on several accounts, which also failed. After that my goal was to become member of BoZ, which failed 7 times(ikr lol), since BoZ was to that time the strongest clan and the fame bois where in there.

So every one has to decide if he wants to get involved into clan drama, clan wars or similar. For me it is bound with stress. I ranked up too fast because I've done everything since I hate messed up sites or rankings, memberlists etc.

After all, being alone might be better than joining a clan unless you want the drama and take the responsibilites.

Definitely being in a clan is better. Its more fun to play with friends, and have organized battles. Being in a clan gives lots of opportunities that a regular player wouldn't otherwise have. The roleplay nature of wars is great fun, and back in the EKAT war (I was, and still am GSA) it was an arms race of who can make a better base. Back then I was a very new mapper so I didn't contribute much. However I was the best glitcher in the entirety of both factions and had loads of fun warping into the doors and opening the gate for teammates.


I don't know if modern PB2 clans have these high-octane battles anymore. I think most clans mostly settle wars on a series of duels, instead of the old way of simply beating the other faction to submission and denying them access of the game.

Even so, would still recommend you join a clan.

I never liked the idea of clans. I'm in a close-knit group outside of PB2, but that's an entirely different story.

Clan drama and this "haha we hack u get rekt" stupidity are both a few reasons why. As for the idea of "playing with friends" or whatever, I can do that just fine without having useless tags in my name.
