Plazma Burst 2 launcher does work under Windows 10, though common problem people have is not downloading x86 .NET Core thing. Maybe Microsoft moved link which makes people confused.

Yes, it is possible to insert code objects, in addition to trigger actions. Also, making new trigger actions will be a thing (they really are just a code).

Quite doable for map designers with freedom of scripting PB2.5/3 has. At least I managed to re-implemented classic get-position-for-respawn seeker which works similarly to one from PB2. It could use more tests and maybe even make it restricted by regions, but problem is - regions were not implemente...

PB:FttP levels were made in Flash IDE - no level editor, just adding wall objects while manually naming them since couldn't come out with better solution back then for some reason. It might be as easy as taking suitable Flash Player from webarchive page for Adobe Flash Players and wrapping it in some sort of launcher.

I do have Windows launcher source code on my github, though no FreeBSD version. Linux, OS X, Windows XP/7/10 seem to work.
