February 20, 2023:Giving access to some of game & server files to Lin
Lin is a member of PB2 community who've been hosting 2 of multiplayer servers using PB2 server source code I've previously gave to her. Today, I'm giving a bit more permissions to her, such as editing Multiplayer servers list and updating game file. I wonder what it could lead to. Maybe Plazma Burst 2 will get a merged servers list in one place? ~ Eric Gurt
September 29, 2022:Players can remove their own accounts now
Due to occasional requests from players wanting to remove their accounts, we have made it possible for players to disable their own accounts if they wish to. Just go to Edit Profile, scroll down, and press the "Remove Account" button. Please note that regular players won't be able to view disabled accounts and you will have to create a ticket on the support center to recover your account back. Players with removed accounts are still able to access Subscriptions page and manage their subscriptions. Account removal also hides all of your sent private messages.
September 21, 2022:Plazma Burst Code of Conduct - Official Rules | Updated
With the formation of the new staff team, we sought to seek to make help and support easier and more reliable by streamlining the process needed for information or reports to reach the staff team. In line with this, the staff team also sought to make the rules that define the responsibility of users and explains the moderation guidelines of the staff shorter and comprehensible for the community of all ages.
After almost a month of discussion and arguments between staff members, we are proud to announce the updated Code of Conduct.
We will appreciate any feedback, suggestion, or constructive criticism that you may give to the new Code of Conduct or to staff.August 11, 2022: Server changes done to allow starting matches with multiple maps combined into one. It should allow better spectating tools and other modifications. So far it only works at approved maps and extra maps do need permission from Custom Map Approval Team. You can see example of this if you'll specify ID for new Multiplayer match like this: eric gurt-spectator_camera,stryde-sniper (no spaces). Feature only works on Arizona server for now, but will be added to other servers if it will find some use. Also, recent map ID list will automatically remove comma from these IDs - it is a known issue.July 10, 2022:A crackdown on cheating/hacking | A reminder from the Plazma Burst staff team
Any player that is caught cheating, using any hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software will have their account disabled and permanently banned without a chance for appeal.
We appreciate any player that will report cheaters/hackers and help make the game a better place. If you wish to report a player, you may do so by reporting them on their profile or directly contacting a staff member in the official discord.July 4, 2022: Are you an active player?
