Vehicle Suggestions

I know since V 1.32 there has been a lot of new "vehicles" added as decorations, but what about adding actual vehicles? I mean, the vehicle category has become kind of stagnant in my opinion...
I know Eric Gurt or whoever is in charge of the game these days is probably beyond adding new features like this but still, I have a few suggestions:
An aquatic/amphibious vehicle. Like a boat, or even something like a Mobile with floats and a motor attached to it. We have land and air. All we're missing is the sea to complete the triangle of transportation.
A MANNED aerial vehicle. You can fly a drone and a Corvette, but I'm talking about something you enter while on foot, take control of, and exit at will. So like a helicopter, if such things still exist in the PB2 universe.

I'd like to know what you think of these suggestions, and if you have any of your own, even if there's little chance of this being taken seriously by the developer.
