Trigger actions: check if a char's body part gets broken?

We can surely use this to check if someone becomes unrevivable. (or incapacitated-revival-only)

The main reason I'm suggesting this is due to Strict Casual Mode only activating failure state for the campaign heroes Marine, Proxy and Noir Lime, but I went with 'checking for broken body parts' so it can be put to more use.

We can't simply "put a body-part breaking trigger action in the trigger" if anyone's going to say that, because what about external sources that can't be detected/predicted accurately? (Player swords/weapons, barrel exploding, etc.)
