Hex Color Backgrounds

Postby xxx_LittleBlue_xxx » 8 August 2016, 18:45

We need hex color code backgrounds!
Just like we can change water with hex color codes or use hex color code text, we should be able to do the same with backgrounds.

Well, it DO exists. You can change the hex color of water, acid, and movables (apart from backgrounds tho...)!

How its done (for water):

1. Go to Advanced Level Editor

2. Add an Engine Mark http://prnt.sc/cznzck

3. Change the Modification http://prnt.sc/cznzte

4. Add a water area, of course, and add the hex color http://prnt.sc/czo0a9

5. Save the map in order to test it http://prnt.sc/czo0lq

6. Test it... http://prnt.sc/czo0x5

7. Enjoy :D http://prnt.sc/czo18w

It also works for acid too! But, that Engine Mark changes ALL water/acid you place.

Adding colored movables tutorial tomorrow!

Yeah, It worked for me, but I think Eric gurt fixed this.

Last time I tryed to put Fake water, It was just being completely invisible.

Or maybe I did something wrong.

Well, eric removed the negative object system, setting the value into minus (-) would only make it 10 ( one pixel )

On : in pb2.5 everything will be hex color

Water is always in the foreground and won't do the job as background, movables are rather buggy and annoying to work with.

Yeah, that drives me crazy, I only tried to do that after it was removed, so I have never gotten to use that.
Ever had one of those days where everyone you meet in ranked likes you?

Yeah, me neither.
