Story line

I think it would be cool if for single-player maps, u could make a story line

For example:

If someone wanted an apocalypse map with aliens or something,
they could use commands to make the bots do whatever(fly, hunt, etc.)

Well, you can already easily add storylines into your series, using words, descriptions, in-game dialogue, just be creative. I managed to make Civil Security Bosses into zombies and add a good story into my series by putting a story description for each map on the description page.

Yes, storyline is already possible in a creative way.

I think you want custom commands for the bots..

Its very possible but don't try to make the best map on your first try. Just try to have fun and play around with the ALE along with knowing how to "make" a door that way you got the fundamentals of logics. Lastly, just get ideas from other people's map (You can copy a small design but don't clone another person's map).
