1. FIXES
-Engine tool - Enable Strict Casual Mode
When robot from my team will lose arms, legs, head, the game isnt ending. This works only on Marine, Proxy and Noir Lime. I want this to work on all characters
-Region tool - Activation on - Containing all singleplayer heroes
This activation works only on Marine, Proxy and Noir Lime. I want this to work on all characters

Please FIX this... or make another engine ,triger and region parameter.

2. IDEAS
-Characters
Trigger on kill (When character will kill someone)
Trigger on "real" death (When character will lose head,legs or arms)
AI Beahviour - Sleep, Dying or MEDIC (Character will focus on healing his teammates with his medi gun [If his nearby teammates will be dead, he will protect himself] or reviving teammates when he has deviblator)
(NEW) AI Difficulty - Easy, Normal, Hard, Impossible

-Trigger tool
Wall Set the number of hit points of Wall "A" to "B"
Wall Change the number of hit points of Wall "A" to "B" percents
Background Change background "A" into "B"
Background Force background "A" move to region "B"
Gameplay Set disabling of slow motion to value of parameter "A"
Gameplay Set disabling of friendly fire to value of parameter "A"
Gameplay Set disabling of regeneration module to value of parameter "A"
Gameplay Set multiplier of damage to value "A" (Multiplies games damage by the value of "A")
Gameplay Change sky to "A"
Character Force character "A" to protect character "B" (If AI behaviour of character "A" is MEDIC, he will mostly focus on healing character "B")
Character Destroy characters "A" body parts (Arms, legs, head, cut in half)
Character Force character "A" to shoot with gun slot "B"
Character Force character "A" to shoot with random weapon
Character Force character "A" to throw weapon "B"
Character Force character "A" to throw weapon "B" stronger (Check OTHER!)
Gun Force gun "A" to level up. (If gun has lvl 1, he will level up to 2, or 2 ->3, and 0->1)
Gun Change gun "A" model to "B"

-Engine Tool
Disable slow motion (SP only)
Enable friendly fire
Disable regeneration module (Health will no longer regenerate)

-Region Tool
Activation on - Vehicle (Even if player or character is not in vehicle)
(NEW) Activation "timer" (Activates timer)

-Decoration tool
Models - Tree, ceil gravitator, disabled ceil gravitator (why not?)

-Background tool
Backgrounds - Wood, stone, abandoned basic, abandoned usuraption, abandoned panel (default, bright, dark), glass (window)

-Gun tool
Medi Gun (Slot 6) - heals your teammates with beam
Level 0 - 18 HP per second (Weapon can only heal)
Level 1 - 21 HP per second (Weapon can overheal [110%])
Level 2 - 27 HP per second (Weapon can restore arms, legs [16 seconds to restore] and overheal [125%]
Level 3 - 40 HP per second (Weapon can restore arms, legs [11 seconds to restore] and head {20 seconds to restore}], but cant bring back to life... Can overheal [125%])
(Bots (NOT MEDICS!) will use this weapon randomly on his teammates when they have low HP)
( - ) Being healed by more than 1 Medi gun will not increase HP per second and decrease restoring time

You can change stats, but i think its balanced.

3. OTHER
Ability to make custom character models for level editor
Ability to make custom animations
Jetpack tool (Model, Character, Power)
Health kit and ammo pack tool[/color]
Ability to throw weapons stronger at people and deal damage with them (Hold throw button)
Triggers with 3 or more slots

Ok lets start the review
1.2 Fixes Region Tool-Activation on-All Single Player Character
Then. It should be character and his allies because single play character is pointing on noir lime and proxy, Hero

2.3 Medic- It should be heals and revive ally because that is the job of a medic
2.4 A.I Behavior- What do you mean?
2.10 Trigger Gameplay Set disabling of Slow Motion- you could do it by alternative Gameplay
2.12 Trigger Gameplay Set disabling of regeneration module- Make a large pusher and make damage by 0.00000000000001

Region ideas- Rhen make it player outside vehicle
Decoration ideas ceil gravitator- What is the real use of this

Gun Tool Medi Gun -Is this from starcraft anyways restoring body parts is OP oh wait let a person with no hand kick a player

3.2 Other -Make custom animation-custom animation pretty much how will it work?

Overall your ideas are good but some needs some clarification

2.3 EDIT : (Medic - character will focus on healing and reviving teammates)
2.4 A.I. Behavior - Theres already 5 A.I. Behaviors in level editor (Default, Follow the Player, Look around, Investigate and Do nothing)
2.10 I mean slow motion when you press "Z" button...
2.12 Oh...
Ceil Gravitator - FOR FUN AND BETTER DETAILS, LOL
Medi Gun - Its from Team Fortress 2 game. Hmmm... restoring body parts is not that OP, why?
-If player is cut in half, you can do nothing
-This weapon CANT revive players, only heal and restore body parts.
-Long restoring time... (I will change that XD)
Anyway... this weapon will make gameplay much more fun!

3.2 Maybe : Trigger - Start animation of character "A" and "B" (or more)
You'll get menu with timeline where you'll animate

Oh i made a mistake there what do you mean by AI difficulty?

Anyways medigun is OP because imagine a teamfight
A red player have 500 hp
5 red players are behind this guy with medigun

Blue players attacks the single frontline soldier then all 5 player focused their medigun to an ally they probably the blue team is dead

Yeah much better just let someone cnc this again or if you are lucky enough you will see Eric Gurt implement this

I support the ideas, i know a trick to be very fast without legs :p (won in ghost vs civil when the entire ghost team had no legs)
But i think changing the gun model would cause a lot of glitches.
