My personal idea for level editor

Level editor idea part 1
================================
the first part of my personal idea for level editor idea are talking about the platform settings.
(I mean, player settings/water settings/door settings,etc)

Door settings
picture:
I just need an input that let me add the hex colour instead triggers.

Water settings
picture:
as same as door settings, but I also need to name the water in water platform instead of engine mark.
so we can named the water one by one.

Barrel settings
picture:
also as same as door settings, but I need to replace model to seperately:
barrel damage and explosion size, or add explosion shape if the engine is possible.
*btw, about the model inside the barrel I will explain it in part 2*

Player/actor settings

If 'alpha' is the only team that doesn't collide each other, I don't think that is good.
the better way is add a column that need to collide the same team people or not.

also, friendlyfire also important. It can make the battle more realistic....

last but not least, as the connection of part 2, I suggest adding this one at top of level editor:

the skin editor button will access to 3 parts: player/actor skin editor,barrel editor and gun editor.

so stay tuned for my second part of idea!

Door settings:
Basically your saying that you want more HEX colour codes to be added. We had some topics already asking for some. But still it would be a good update though, having more colours for map making.

Water Settings:
We do have 'Engine Marks' changing the names and hex colours for water, unless your trying to say it would be easier if there was a 'Water Name' and a 'Hex Colour' option for it then yeah I think that would be great.

Player / Actor Settings:
I dont know about friendly fire because it depends on which team you are setting the player for. If you are on the same team then of course it would be friendly fire. But for BNGs and Rockets, I have seen players TEAMKILLING their own mates, that will need to be sorted.

Not even close to what he was even suggesting. He wants it so we can change the color of a door by editing the parameters directly instead of using a trigger to do the same thing.

About Alpha team, it's not supposed to be a multiplayer team - it's more meant for singleplayer. That's why allies in campaign don't collide with each other, because they're set to Alpha. It's strange, given how Alpha vs Beta makes more sense and sounds better than say, Beta vs Delta, but that's how Alpha works.

I personally wouldn't mind adjustable friendly fire settings and collision settings though. It would solve a lot of issues regarding teams, at least for me.

because I love comic sans, no idea why people hate them or just because for serious problem?

on topic:
basically I guess we should change the user interfere background, I guess.
