Back gear

My idea is to have "Back" gear. This would be added in by the map creator and cannot be taken off. You would press f to activate it and it would have recharge. Since it would be added by the map creator, this is balanced. you could make one completely overpowered and it would still be balanced, so don't criticize me about that. Here are some ideas:
Push module:
-Makes a pushing wave where you aim. Goes through walls but of course it doesn't have much range.
-Affects players, enemies, weapons, grenades, etc.
-Power is set by creator.
-Recharge set by creator.
Pull module:
-Same as push, but pulls.
Healing aura:
-Makes players heal faster while inside.
-Only affects your team.
-Hp/s is set by creator.
-Recharge and time active set by creator.
Teleport:
-Teleports you to your mouse. There's other methods, but this should still be a thing.
-Recharge set by creator.
-Cannot attack for 3 seconds after teleport, so psi-swords aren't too op.
Jetpack:
-I belieeeeve i can flyyyyyyyyyyy
-I belieeeeve i can touch the skyyyyyyyyyy
-Never mind, the creator set the power to really smaaaaall
-And they didn't give enough time to climb this waaaall
-Creator sets recharge.
Drone:
-Follows you and shoots enemies.
-Time set by creator.
-Damage set by creator.
-Projectile set by creator.
-Rate of fire set by creator.
-Recharge set by creator.
Pizza Oven:
-Orders a pizza.
-Toppings set by creator.
-Size set by creator (personal, small, medium, large, extra large).
-Has a turtle repellent module (if you get the reference you get a cookie).
-Recharge set by creator.
