I guess this goes here, anyways..
This is a list of how I feel weapons should work when it comes to reloading (possibly some other things, this will get updated), hope Eric takes a look at this but likely won't happen.
Reloading times/cooldowns/overheats I'm not completely sure on, likely could be changed, and reserve ammo could likely be buffed or nerfed (sorry this is a massive wall of text btw ;-;)
Pistols:
Pistol C-01p
10 round mag, 0.5-1 second reload, default 50 reserve ammo
Pistol CS-Pro
15 round mag, 0.5-1 second reload, default 45 reserve ammo
Alien Pistol (rails)
To make up for its lack of damage (aka everything):
The weapon would have an overheat meter instead of a magazine, and it would fire faster the longer you held it down but would overheat after a while, 2-3 second cooldown on overheat, default 60 reserve ammo
Alien Pistol (bullets)
The weapon would not have a magazine, but a battery like system. 8 shots until recharge, 0.5-1 second reload, default 40 reserve ammo (this pistol would be the higher damage dealer counterpart to the alien rail pistol)
Automatics/rifles:
Assault Rifle C-01r
30 round magazine, 2-3 second reload, default 90 reserve ammo
Assault Rifle CS-RC
60 round magazine (of some sort), 3-4 second reload, default 120 reserve ammo
Alien Rifle
Same thing as the Alien Rail Pistol, the weapon would have an overheat meter instead of a magazine, and it would fire faster the longer you held it down but would overheat after a while, 2-3 second cooldown on overheat, however the Alien Rifle would have a default "mag" of 40 shots before a 2-3 second reload would take place, default 100 reserve ammo
Ray Rifle
20 round magazine, 1-2 second reload, default 80 reserve ammo
Minigun
100 round magazine, overheat system but no change in firing speed, overheats for a few seconds if held down for more than 10 seconds (only if magazines are enabled), 4-5 second reload, default 200 reserve ammo
Plasmagun
Weapon overheats for 3 seconds if held down for too long, default 50 reserve ammo
Sniper Rifle
5 round magazine, 1.5 seconds between every shot, current reload time when reloading the magazine, default 15 reserve ammo.
Shotguns:
Shotgun C-01s
10 round magazine, 2-3 second reload, default 40 reserve ammo
Shotgun CS-DAZ
8 round magazine, 0.5-1 second reload per shell, can be fired while reloading, default 32 reserve ammo
Alien Shotgun
12 round "magazine" until 3 second recharge, default 32 reserve ammo
Explosives:
Rocket Launcher CS-Litbro
3 round magazine reloaded all at once, 3-4 second reload, default 15 reserve ammo
Grenade Launcher
8 round magazine reloaded all at once, 4 second reload, default 24 reserve ammo
CS-BNG
Current everything, default 5-10 ammo
Energy
Lite Railgun
Single shot, current reload, default 15 reserve ammo
Heavy Railgun
Single shot, current reload, default 8 reserve ammo
Raygun
Magazine size of 3, current recharge, reload of 4 seconds, default 9 reserve ammo
Misc:
Dronegun
Single shot, current reload, default 10 reserve ammo
Hound Walker Cannon
15 rounds till recharge/cooldown/reload of 4-5 seconds
Vehicle Minigun
25 rounds, recharge of 3-4 seconds
Vehicle Grenade Launcher
10 rounds, recharge of 4-5 seconds
Unnamed BNG-like weapon
4 round magazine/battery, same fire rate as the CS-DAZ (the weapon has a pump on it), default 16 reserve ammo
Unnamed Laser weapon
Overheats for 2-3 seconds if held down for too long, default 50-100 reserve ammo depending on how much damage it does
I think that's every weapon, including the three new PB2.5 weapons (Bullet alien pistol, unknown laser weapon and the plasma rifle thing) tell me if I missed something!
