Let Unregistered Players Play SP CMs

Postby Phant0mB0nnie » 2 June 2020, 20:43

Let unregistered players (guests) play SP custom maps. I mean, why not? Pretty sure the system is essentially the same as with MP maps. Just don't let them rate/review, that's all. Would give them something better to do besides the campaign and multiplayer. Maybe give them a reason to register. It would at least let them appreciate a lesser known part of PB2 that is worth exploring.

I am pretty sure Guests can play Single-Player maps as registered players can.

Just go to Campaign > Custom Map > Insert Map ID > Click Play

Well, the singleplayer section of custom maps is closed off (well for me it is when I log out). So what you said is fine and all, but how are they supposed to get the map IDs?

Wow surprisingly this is true. For some alien to me reason only registered players have access to single player matches. I would like to know why though. I don't think it was done so by accident.
How many bugs does this game have anyway? jeez
