Note: The maximum speed is 5 if you go over that number the speed will still be 5

Trigger: Set disabling of PSI Blade to value of Parameter A
Note: Disable means Enable PSI Blade while Enable means Disable PSI Blade (I know many of you know that)

Trigger: Set Game Speed to A Frames per Second
Note: Though in single player the fast motion only speeds you up a little. While in multiplayer i could speed you up to an extent that your screen can't catch up (when put up in the highest number)
