I'm pretty sure there are 3 different types:
1. Profile not found / Profile can't be displayed
- In this one, the person's profile has been deleted or lost in a database crash, such as the one in 2015. Rarely do the admins delete accounts but they sometimes do it to clear up database storage when a user hasn't been active for a long time.
2. Profile was disabled / Profile can't be displayed
- In this one, the person's profile has been disabled by an admin. This happens mostly when a banned user decides to make a new account and their IP gets tracked and therefore the admins disable their new account.
3. User has active ban: [ User name ]
- This one is pretty straight-forward; the user is banned until their ban is lifted or they could have a permanent ban.
I hope this answers your question and clear up some confusion.
