the site took too long to respond

This has been happening for days. Suddenly, the tabs load very slowly and it turns to this white page and it says "Unreachable the site took too long to resppnd."
Yesterday, the Carolina server reached an all time low, 80 PLAYERS, due to players getting booted. You would start having weird ping problems, like Error, ping 918928, and then you get booted, and no matches are found, then you get kicked from multiplayer, and it says "Error: Connection from Connection lost."
Does anyone know why this is happening?
