someones soul left their body

i was in multiplayer and sometimes, in grey, it wold say "someones soul left their body" any idea y this is happening?
is it just a thing Eric Gurt put in the game?

Not sure if your trying to troll.
But if this is "True" its probably just the Map design then.
I haven't seen any map which does that though.
I really think this is just a troll Post.

i think is the map that had a trigger that said it
i dont think there is a bug or this is an update.

He put a trigger text to say that when someone dies.
