All my data was lost about a year ago, and since then it hasn't been restored. Also, it won't record stats like kills and deaths either.
Can someone tell me what happened?

About your stats not recording, for you to gain Kills/Deaths you have to play in approved matches (maps with the green arrow) or just play Ranked/Unranked matches in simple words.
