Use a different browser. Firefox, like IE, isn't a good browser to use with the ALE.

I'd suggest using Chrome, Safari, Opera Next, or any other webkit-based browser.

an other way to zoom out or zoom in is to press ctrl+scroll in or out
but it will make the tools smaller too

Konquerб, can you say how do you zoom? Both Ctrl + mouse wheel & Ctrl/Alt + right-click work fine for me, and I use FF as well.

He probably zooms with the scroll, and that does not work on Firefox.
As Hik said above, those browsers are better options for map making, I recommend Maxthon, as you can keep two tabs opened and see them at the same time, so you can test the map while editing quickly.

Firefox is really annoying when it comes to map editing/making.
I agree with Tera, Maxthon is the best.
I tried many browsers, but ^ is my favorite.
I also heard that it's the best one for running PB2?

It is, not to mention how smooth it works on 800x600 and SWF version.

I'm not sure but I think its due to the source code that makes up the ALE. Basically different browers run the codes differently since they have like, different plugins. So web devs have to make sure their site works for a various different types of browers. Thats why they would need to.keep their html, javascript, css codes up to date so different websites can run them smoothly. Now I think this concept applies with the ALE, hence why some browers there are glitches with it (like the zooming one you mention right now) while with others, it works nicely.

So just use another brower like the others mentioned.

A way of zooming out is the menu button on the side

NOTE: About every browser should have this but this will zoom the whole website out but atleast can see better.

This problem is caused by Firefox's coding. It is meant for normal browsing. If your problem is the buttons in the map maker like 100%,70%etc,then you have the menu button to help.It looks like _ these lines stacked up in the
top right corner, click on it and press the button how much times do you want to zoom out.The + button is,you know, for zooming IN.Hope this message helped ^_^ <_>
My PB2 Life
Spoiler: Show More
Hey guys,I'll be telling you how I found out PB2 existed.I was 15 and I liked gaming.I was playing Raze and at one point,my friend Alex told me about a game like Raze, but with multiplayer.I asked him ''What's the name of it?''.He didn't know the full name, but he only knew it's 2nd word was Burst and the number is 2.I remembered that I played a game called ''Plazma Burst:FTP''.I thought it might be the sequel,so I googled 'Plazma Burst 2'',and I saw 'plazmaburst2.net'(NOT ADVERTISING!).I used the website until I got AFK and I didn't play for a LONG LONG time.I discovered there was a offical website,I registered by the name ''Linxus'',and bam.It amazed me.I passed the campaign the day before my account got lost.I was Advanced Marine on Linxus. Then I registered 'DeadlyHronos'.I passed 25 levels, and one day,I went into the Multiplayer Unranked Unaprooved.I met B.Bowman there and she was my first friend. After time,I went into the chat and, still with Linxus, someone recruited me to Deadcampers,it was Kiriguraya.I logged into DeadlyHronos again, and I went on.That day when Linxus got lost,I used DeadlyHronos.Time went by,and DeadlyHronos also got lost. Then I made iPegasus.I was very happy because the name was not used.On May 31st,2015,I went into a match called 'DF Recruitment PW:1'.I talked to xMorganax and I asked can I stay. She said yes.Along with another clanmate,we did missions and training. She finally made me a member. Then, when I quit DF for some time,I updated my rank to Lite.I was very happy I got Lite. And now,As iPegasus got lost,I use Hazardous48.That's my story,ya'll.I hope you had fun reading it.And as always, keep smiling, buraz :D .
